But I would suggest reaching out to their customer support directly. I’m sure they’d be able to help and give a clearer explanation.

Snapfish was that way too when I ordered wall prints in December. I saved 75% and knocked off $174 but still had to pay full price shipping. But honestly, while it was perhaps pricy, it was nothing compared to what I would have had to pay full price next month!

The prices chance all the time. You pick the items you want and by the time you go back to your list the items have SUDDENLY CHANGED, and not in a good way but in a “maybe you won’t notice way”. This company cheats like this a lot. Be very aware of the price you see when you choose every item you want to purchase. This company is very sneaky and underhanded. Many items conveniently change to a higher amount after they reach your list. I ordered a baby shower gift for my niece at a good price so added more items. After I paid and sent for the things my order changed from 28.00 to over 38.00 and that wasn’t including tax and shipping. This company is a rip-off. Watch what your doing and take pictures of everything regarding the prices of your transactions before and after they pull out your money!
