My question is, how does the credit show up? It does not take $20 off the total correct, it comes back as a credit or gift card to our Amazon account after the items ship?

If it is automatically added, because you have put the correct P&G products in your cart already, then when you try to add the promo PGSTOCKUP, it will give you an error message, correct?

Same issue here i made sure all my items are part of this promotion but at checkout nowhere it says it will be applied.
So i went ahead and copied the promotion code PGSTOCKUP and applied it but i keep getting “the promotional code you entered cannot be applied to your purchase”
