I ordered this and my address was correct, but the package was sent to Indiana and I live on the West Coast. I had to chat, email, & call numerous times, wasting my time and getting hung up on purpose, explaining over & over that they delivered it to the wrong location even though my address was correct and when I started the chat asking to chat with customer service, the AI bot mistakenly gave me a “refund” of $0/nothing because it wasn’t giving me any of the right choices. I just wanted another box sent to the correct address since I never received it. I found out only a “specialist” can resolve the situation & I was told I’d receive another box within 2 weeks. Why so long?! Anyways, 2 1/2 weeks later, nothing. It ended with a $35 gift card for the value of the box. I just wanted another box. I was looking forward to buying another gift instead to replace the Baby Box, then my boyfriend used it instead without asking.

at first I missed the concept of request the box. had to go on my Amazon baby registry page again after my purchase.
in order to take advantage of a MyPoints bonus I created the registry and made purchases from my list. however, MyPoints failed to credit me for this. I left MyPoints years ago because I got tired of policing, they’re so-called deals that they don’t always carry through on rewarding you for. I don’t know if anyone else is at this problem with MyPoints but it is extremely frustrating.
