When we go camping, make individual meals in tinfoil & call it Hobopie. Put burger, cubed potatoes, mushrooms, onions & corn. Fold up & put on top of campfire. It’s so yummy. Thx Tina.

Hard to decide which recipe to share, I love to cook!
But here is the last meal I cooked today:

Kung Pao Chicken

INGREDIENTS
1 lb chicken breast cubed
5 green onions cut into 1″ pieces
1 clove garlic minced
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
⅓ cup tamari
¼ cup brown Swerve
3 tablespoons unseasoned rice wine vinegar
¼ cup peanuts or cashews crushed

Cook the chicken as you prefer. I always cut in cubs, season with garlic, salt, black pepper and add a little bit of olive oil in the pan to cook it. Stir until is the golden color and cooked through.

In a separate container mix all the other ingredients. Add it to the chicken pan and stir for about 4 minutes.

I always serve it with rice.
