I actually called Sams club and they removed my email and then I was able to active the membership .

When I went into sams club I got the usual survey to “rate my experience” and rated it low a few days later the manager contacted me through email asking why and I explained how member services didn’t want to grant me a gift card for their promotion and she asked me to link her to the promo then granted me one

It’s real I did it last year but had to talk to the manager in order to receive the gift card then she told me to come in and speak to member services so they can honor it.
