I constantly remind myself that they are LIFE goals and lifestyle changes! Small incremental steps to bigger goals. Also, to celebrate the small steps and have gratitude for what I have and know that I’m blessed I am living and doing all these small steps.

My life goals are to meditate everyday, eat healthy everyday w/ 1 cheat meal each week and exercise at least 2 times a week. Also, to have a date w/ my boyfriend at least once a month, have an at home self care/ spa time at least once a week. Plan and work our business, Buddie’s BBQ, and find a flexible full time job so we can move to a 2 bed place. Talk to my Talkspace therapist to work thru my depression and anxiety. Shift negative conversations, meditate and use CES machine when needed. Maintain relationships with my boyfriend, family, friends, customers, and potential customers. Practice empath skills daily for myself and world. Work towards working for myself full time.

my goal for the year 2022 is to finally finish remodeling my trailer myself. i had given up my home and most of my things to move in with my love of my life. but after 5 years, at 53 i found myself homeless and starting over from scratch. thru the kindness of a young couple they gave me my trailer. it had sat empty for over a year and the roof leaked, i had no water, electric, no kitchen , the cupboards were no good, no appliences, no interior walls or cieling and i had to gut alot of the rest of the rooms. its been a year, lots of you tube videos, asking maintenance guys at work tons of questions, but I’m almost done. ive learned to hang drywall, doors, install plumbing, carpet, ceramic tile, built my own breakfast table and much more. friends have given me things i needed and a helping hand if something was to tough to do alone . during all this work, i work full time and took care of my mom till i lost her last year. she always wanted to see my trailer done, so i will get it done and know she’s up there watching me.

One of my goals this year is to finish what I start. I have been in a vicious cycle of starting projects or devotions, but then find myself not finishing at all. I have been working everyday to finish what I start. I have a Bible devotion set for me to do everyday. I get up early or try to everyday and get it done. I have to consciously do this everyday and remind myself to finish what I start. If I fall off. I make sure that I take everyday as an opportunity to start again. Getting back up is the accomplishment.
