In reply to bbhdf. Not sure if it varies per location, but I asked the guy at Wendy’s if I needed to make a purchase and he said no. I could just get the frosty. I even pointed out that part it says with any purchase and he says no. It’s fine. Check with your local Wendy’s

I got one last year without knowing you only get a free frosty if you make a purchase so I only used it once
