we were so excited about this. our five-year-old cannot have red dye, and this was the first time she was able to have Doritos in her entire life! I got nacho cheese and cool ranch, and I was surprised that they really basically taste exactly the same as the originals! nacho Cheese has a very slight difference in mouth feel, but only because it’s not covered in cheese powder. Typically that kind of thick cheese powder buildup is on the chip and it doesn’t have that, so it feels like a cleaner, dryer chip, but the flavor is the same!
I am so happy she was finally able to try Doritos! I still need to try these, but I am glad to hear that flavor is the same!
